On September 9th, in order to further promote the process of the international exchanges and cooperation program, GTVTC held a meeting to coordinate and promote the international exchange program. Principal Li Wenyong of GTVTC, relevant responsible persons of ASEAN International School, School Office, Personnel Department, Academic Affairs Office, School of Road and Bridge Engineering, School of Automotive Engineering, School of Economics and Management, School of Traffic Information Engineering, Network and Information Technology Center, and General Education Department attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Mo Xiaonong, executive director of ASEAN International School. Under the guidance of principal Li, the meeting made clear instructions and requirements for the management of international students, the training of Chinese and the responsibilities of the Department of professional learning. It also discussed and made decisions on the promotion of the opening ceremony of the Jingshi International Institutes and the publication of teaching materials for Indonesian training projects, and clarified the responsibilities and common goals of all parties.
Principal Li said that all departments should make it clear that international cooperation projects should be integrated with the construction of high level college and high level specialty, make national exchanges developed more greatly and strongly, do well in top-level design, follow relevant rules, and do a down-to-earth job.Then Li encouraged everyone to work together to overcome the difficulties.
The project of promotion and coordination meeting has better optimized the existing learning environment of international students in the college, integrated the characteristic professional resources of the college, and strengthened the “Belt and Road” cooperation according to the spirit of general secretary Xi's speech.
