Celebration of 2021 Teachers' Day by International Students

On the occasion of the 37th Teachers' Day, under the good trend of honoring teachers and respect their teaching, international students organized, hosted and held a novel Teachers' Day celebration, and sent sincere blessings to the teachers with gratitude.

On September 10, the international students organized a celebration to celebrate the 2021 Teachers' Day. Professor Li Wenyong, principal of the college, Professor Mo Xiaonong, dean of ASEAN International School, representatives of teachers, all staff of ASEAN International School, and all international students attended the activity. Principal Li Wenyong expressed his best wishes and sincere greetings to all the faculty and staff devoting to international students' work, congratulated international students on their achievements in Chinese and major learning in the year, and expressed his sincere hope for them from the aspects of professional knowledge, Chinese traditional culture learning and multi-field exchange and cooperation. Dean Mo shared her 42 years of teaching experience and encouraged students to live up to youth, overcome difficulties, study hard and become communication bridge between China and Pakistan as well as between China and Thailand.

The international students presented flowers to all the teachers attending the meeting. When they heard the sincere blessings from the students and received the flowers from the students, they felt completely happy. Based on his own experience, Sohail, the representative of the international students, shared his own journey of studying in GTVTC and his gratitude to the teachers. On behalf of all the international students, he wished all the teacherssuccess in their work, happinessfor them and their families. The international students performed China-Pakistani traditional dances and sang "Sunshine is always after rain" as a gift to Teachers' Day. During the discussion, teachers and students spoke freely in a warm atmosphere.
