Leaders from the Ministry of Education and Sports of Laos Visited the College

On the morning of May 11th, THONGSA INTHAVONG, Deputy Director General, Department OfTechnical And Vocational Education, Ministry Of Education And Sports of Lao PDR,

AMPHAVANH KOUANGMANIVANH, Deputy Director General,Ministry Of Education and Sports Departments Of Sport For All, Physical And Art Education of Laos PDR, and PHOUVIENG MONTHAINTHAI, Associate President of College of Physical Education College of Lao PDR, visited the College for cooperation and exchange. The College held a meeting in the conference room on the 1st floor of the Kunlun Campus Management Building, with president Li Wenyong and Vice president Chen Zhengzhen attending the meeting.

President Li Wenyong introduced the development history, characteristics, and internationalization of the College to foreign guests, as well as the fruitful results of multiple cooperation projects with Laos. He stated that the College will fully assist the Ministry of Education and Sports of Laos in the next step, implement and promote professional standards, recruit more excellent Laotian students to study and train at the College, and serve the construction and development of the economy and industry in China and Laos.

THONGSA INTHAVONG highly praised the College's achievements in the internationalization of vocational education. He pointed out that based on China-Laos Railway and other connectivity projects, the two countries would continue to deepen cooperation in logistics, transportation, Chinese+vocational education and other aspects. He hoped that in the future, exchanges and cooperation would be carried out through various forms and channels to jointly promote the high-quality development of vocational education of both sides.

After the meeting, the Laotian guests visited practical training venues such as automobiles, roads and bridges, subway, and logistics.

Leaders of ASEAN International School, General Administration office, Academic Affairs Division, School of Road and Bridge Engineering, School of Automotive Engineering, School of Economics and Management, and Physical Education Department attended the meeting.
