CCIPE of Ministry of Education printed and distributed Notice of First Elected Jingshi International Institutes of Jingshi Culture Exchange Program (No.91 letter of CCIPE 2019) in recent days. GTVTC was successfully elected to be one of first Jingshi International Institutes of Jingshi Culture Exchange Program approved by the Ministry of Education. 72 colleges were elected for the program, including 22 universities and 50 vocational colleges.

According to Notice of implementing Jingshi Culture Exchange Program (No.66 letter of CCIPE 2019), the first group of Jingshi International Institutes followed the procedures including colleges and universities applying, enterprises docking and experts reviewing, and were reviewed on the college foundation, strength of scientific research, construction plan and expert opinions. 

“Jingshi Culture Exchange Program” was implemented for the first time in 2019 in order to convert innovations and creations in industry into new education technology products and college teaching resources, promote the construction of Smart Campus, promote effective cooperation between colleges and enterprises and integration of industry and education, expedite and expand the opening of education, provide qualified personnel for Chinese enterprises going out and deepen culture exchanges and friendship between China and other countries. The program is based on the actual needs of personnel cultivation, scientific research and education management, addresses the construction of Jingshi International Institutes in the country and Jingshi Schools abroad, relies on domestic superior technology of industries, creates specialty teaching scheme of international standards in areas such as communication, intelligent manufacturing and artificial intelligence, develops internationally applied or advanced professional criteria, curriculum system and teaching resources, improves teaching and studying efficiency by artificial intelligence, an effective method of reconstructing education ecosystem, rapidly enhances college’s strength and influence in aspects such as specialty construction, curriculum construction and personnel cultivation and promotes exchanges and cooperation with colleges of the countries along the Belt and Road.
