It is reported that Huachiew Chalermprakiet University(HCU) is the first and only university wholly funded and managed by overseas Chinese in Thailand. It is an important base for China-Thailand cultural exchanges. It aims to provide Chinese language,Chinese traditional culture and other arts and sciences courses for Chinese and the Thai people. In September 2018, GTVTC was invited by HCU to negotiate on the "logistics management" professional personnel training and the international education cooperation of teacher training. At present, the relevant project cooperation is being promoted.
